ABOUT

“Transforming pain into progress, one therapeutic touch at a time, for a  healthier, stronger tomorrow”

Paige Mayhew DPT, is driven by her patient’s success and empowering individuals to optimize their body’s function.

She says, “I get it. I have been in the position where an injury kept me from doing the things that I love. It was the biggest challenge I had ever faced, but it was the most rewarding journey in the end. I want my patient’s to not only unlock the full potential their body has to offer, but to also build resiliency and confidence to apply to their daily lives. I’m excited to motivate and challenge my patients to not only build strength physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.”

Paige grew up in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She started playing sports at an early age including basketball, softball, track and gymnastics. Gymnastics was the sport she fell in love with and continued to pursue throughout college at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Gymnastics allowed her to appreciate the extraordinary abilities the human body has to offer and made her want to learn more about it. Paige chose to pursue the physical therapy profession to help others recognize their abilities and improve their quality of life.

Paige lives in Edmond Oklahoma with her French Bulldog, Indie. In her free time Paige enjoys reading, working out, cooking, taking Indie on walks, binge watching Netflix shows and of course, spending time with friends and family.

She reminds us that, “Your determination is the key to unlocking your body’s potential. Embrace each challenge as an opportunity to grow stronger.”
