“Great things come from hard work and perseverance, no excuses. If you love a thing you will overcome all difficulties.”

Blake Graham. DPT, is driven by his passion to give each individual the best care possible.

· Pain sucks. Not being able to do something you love sucks. My goal with patients is to get them back to enjoying the golf course, garden, gym, running or even walking in a way that is pain free. I want to be able to motivate them to better than who they were when they walked through the door in all aspects. I’m excited to positively influence my patients and look forward to my future with Function.

Blake was born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma. He attended The University of Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor’s degree. Blake went on to The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, where he met his wife, Kaylee. They now live in The Village with their dog, Russ. When he is not at work, he loves to spend time outdoors, gardening, playing golf, cooking, and working out. Blake is an avid OU and New York Yankees fan. Boomer Sooner and Go Yankees!

“To get something that you have never had, you must do something that you have never done.”
