ABOUT

“Perhaps the greatest purpose of a movement practice is to open up our capacity to have experiences that are profoundly meaningful”

Olivia Diel DPT, is driven by her desire to serve others and help them reach their goals. She says, “It’s a privilege to work in a profession that’s so relationship oriented- I’m honored to get the opportunity to learn what motivates people and partner with them to ensure longevity in the areas of life they are passionate about.”

Olivia grew up in Frisco, Texas. She then moved to Norman and got her undergraduate degree at OU before continuing to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (Boomer Sooner). She has always been drawn to movement through dancing at a young age. Devoting time to competitive dance from childhood through high school inspired her appreciation of the complexities of movement and how the body adapts for different sports and environments. This led to her pursuit of a career in physical therapy to learn how to prolong the health of the body and help people continue doing what they love. Her work experience includes both outpatient physical therapy and inpatient settings in the OKC/Edmond area since 2019.

Olivia has recently made the transition from OKC to Edmond, Oklahoma. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing recreationally, reading, running, and trying out new restaurants.
